Common questions
Sensor count is the total number of active devices registered in your fleet at any point in the billing period. Sensors you've decommissioned and removed from your fleet don't count. There's no charge for dormant devices.
Yes. We don't charge per-seat. Every plan supports unlimited users with role-based access control — floor engineers, shift supervisors, plant managers, IT admins. Add as many as you need.
You can upgrade your plan at any time. The price difference is prorated to the remaining billing period. If your fleet is growing quickly, talk to us — Enterprise pricing has volume tiers that are usually better than upgrading multiple times.
No setup or onboarding fee for Workshop or Plant. Enterprise includes a dedicated onboarding engineer in the contract. Most teams are operational within a few hours of their first session.
Annual billing saves 20% compared to monthly for Workshop and Plant tiers. Enterprise contracts are always annual and include custom pricing based on fleet size and support level.
