The challenge on the floor

Manufacturing floors run hundreds to thousands of sensors across multiple production lines: vibration sensors on CNC spindles, 4–20mA analog temperature inputs on heat treatment baths, Modbus RTU nodes on conveyor drives, and wireless condition monitoring units on compressors. Keeping all of them on a consistent firmware baseline, with healthy signal, and with alerts routed to the right shift supervisor — that's the real operations work.

Most teams are still managing this from spreadsheets and email threads. When a spindle sensor drifts off firmware baseline or loses its MQTT uplink, the feedback loop is too slow. By the time someone notices, a quality check has already been missed or a shift has been disrupted.

Bulk provisioning for new line deployments

Bring a new production line online in a single session. Import your device manifest via CSV — MAC addresses, zone assignments, firmware baseline — auto-discover devices on the network, and run a pre-flight health check before committing to production. Works with MQTT-connected and Modbus-bridged sensors.

When a spindle vibration sensor on Line A loses its heartbeat, that alert routes to the Line A supervisor by name — not to a shared group inbox. Critical vs. warning alert levels route separately, so nobody learns to ignore everything.
